Lincoln County Wyoming to hold a special election on April 22 1919 overseen by the County Commissioners Andrew Morrow L I Jenkins D H Scott and County Clerk R Harrison. School Reopens After Short Interval Despite Illness

Mrs J L Fleming Dies After Cancer Battle
Former Piney resident Mrs J L Fleming died last Saturday at Rock Springs from cancer. Survived by husband four daughters and one sister who runs a Rock Springs hotel. Funeral held Tuesday with community sympathy offered. Oscar Beck returned from Cheyenne after attending the Wyoming Stock Growers Association meeting at Basin. E W McNinch discharged from the Marine Service in Galveston after enlisting last April with Kunze and others.

Pump Installed At Dry Piney Well Lifts Water High
Last Monday a pump was installed at the McCormick lease on Dry Piney belonging to Lincoln Idaho Co. The pump began work that afternoon and water shot more than 20 feet above the top. The well, drilled to about 1000 feet last fall, shows a high tide favoring strong flows and drew crowds from the Lincoln Idaho and Cretaceous companies led by stockholder Thomas Clinton to inspect the showing.
