Subsis tence and disability pay rules for veterans
The text outlines VA supplement rules where subsistence payments plus disability compensation adjust to cover gaps if total benefits fall below thresholds of 105 or 115 dollars per month based on dependents and disability percent. Additional increases apply for multiple dependents and for productive labor earnings. Maximum limits tied to PC 16 training do not apply, with a caveat that farmer-trainer earnings must not push subsistence beyond the trainee wage objective.
