The regular meeting of the Town Council of Big Piney was called to order by C R O Neil Tuesday April 4 at 815 pm at the O Neil home with councilmen S E Clow Howard Masoner Frank Yearsley T Eugene Forster visitors R S Bennett Barry Looney John Wardell The minutes of March 7 were read and approved Bills presented for payment include G B Hackett town attorney South Side Garage Griggs Power Light Co LN Curtis Sons 2 Duo Ray hand lanterns Big Piney Examiner publication of Proceedings ordinance James Bertram 1000 15 63 53 20 Bis 104 600 Total slug 40 Notice all persons interested in the position of Town Marshal should apply to Town Clerk before April 25 1950 The Town Marshal will be expected to render other services for the Town in addition to the regular work of a Marshal There being no further business the meeting adjourned
