Notice to motorists on May 15 license law patrols
The sheriff announces that as of May 15 all motor vehicles operating in the county without a 1925 license will be seized and the owner fined. Sheriff Jim Payne issues the directive.
Editor Baker Pays Hurried Visit to Evanston
Rock Springs Rocket editor Lester G. Baker and State Good Roads Commissioner Thomas O Neil visited Evanston for talks on pushing the Lincoln Highway toward early completion. They discussed a planned project from Evanston to the Woodruff road with no appropriation yet approved but under consideration. Brandon, acting editor of the Kemmerer Gazette, is leaving to start his own newspaper venture in the northern part of the state.
