Happy Leaves Hospital Visit by Rockefeller Couple

Happy Rockefeller left Memorial Hospital in New York escorted by Vice President-designate Nelson Rockefeller a week after surgery to remove her cancerous left breast. She waved her left arm, resumed use, and said she felt great expressing gratitude to Betty Ford. The pair planned a brief stay at their Fifth Avenue apartment before heading to the Westchester County estate.

Nixon Reenters Hospital for Phlebitis Treatment

Kennebunk and Kennebunkport supply most of FOIL 450 members at 35 percent together with Wells and North Berwick at 30 percent. Out of staters 10 percent, Sanford residents under 10 percent, and Maine residents outside York County 15 percent. Mather says many members have lived out of state and moved back to Maine to escape pollution. He notes many are educated and some may view them as upper class. FOIL aims to broaden representation across York County while refinery prospects grow.
