Cotes Denied Tenting Appeal In Old Orchard Beach

The zoning board denied Robert and Huguette Cotes permission to run a tenting and trailer park on Walnut Street known as Guay's Village. In a 3 to 2 vote the board ruled insufficient evidence showed the park existed before the 1965 zoning ordinance. Attorney Francis Caughan said he would appeal in Superior Court.
