Firm Starts Saco Building for Ed and Frank Chevrolet Inc

Planes Strafe South Viet Nam Outpost

Four planes attacked a South Vietnamese outpost near the 17th Parallel. Vietnamese reports said MIGs. U.S. officials said the aircraft were off course American jets. Five Vietnamese were wounded.
