Accident Suit Is Settled In Superior Court
A $50,000 damage suit from Biddeford residents was settled before testimony in York county Superior court. Robert Noble, 62, sought damages from Edward Jacques and the Biddeford Saco Coal Co for a collision April 15, 1960 in Saco. Settlement details were not immediately available. The jury heard a land damage suit by Allan J. and Jeannie McInnis against the state for highway construction near their home on New County road Saco. The couple says property value has declined since construction within three feet of their residence.
