AUGUSTA AP Maynard C. Dolloff was declared the official Democratic primary winner after State Election Division tabulation. He will face Republican Gov Reed in November. Final totals: Dolloff 18,234. Dubord 18,007. Dolloff carried nine of Maine's 16 counties with York County margins largest at 4,146 to 2,538. Dubord won Kennebec and several others. A recount possible after precinct returns released. Dubord weighing a recount option. Dolloff, vacationing at West Newfield cottage, pleased with result.
