Refugees of the Vietnam War Find Aid in IRC Programs
The International Rescue Committee supports South Vietnam's large refugee population starting from 1954 with emergency relief health care and rehabilitation. Five day care centers operate for children while the Lai Thieu project helps 4 000 refugees build a self supporting community.
