Adrift 3 Days Maine Men Safe
Two Belfast men drifted three days in an 18 foot boat with no food or water before a Coast Guard helicopter spotted them a mile from the horizon. Maurice Dodge, 40, and Arthur Virgeant, 56, were rescued 11 miles southwest of Matinicus Rock and brought to Knox County General Hospital in guarded and fair condition respectively.
