Marblehead attorney joins Crooks and O'Keefe firm

Former Biddeford resident Thomas C. Stover Jr. has passed the Massachusetts Bar and joined Crooks and O'Keefe in Marblehead. He earned a chemical engineering degree from Maine, a law degree from Fordham, and has worked as a patent attorney for Union Carbide. He is married to Judith Reinlander and they have two children.
