Housing boom peaks as first quarter 1973output rises six percent
The F.W. Dodge Division reports a six percent rise in the first three months of 1973 over late 1972. Los Angeles Long Beach led with 144,441 dwelling units started, followed by Chicago 14,560 and Washington D C 12,348. Dodge warns the boom is easing into a decline in the second quarter.
