General Gets Waycott Case Prosecution Nears
Murray says a York County Superior Court prosecution could be filed to challenge site selection compliance with DEP. If pursued, the suit would seek to ensure an application is filed and, if refused, restore the area to its natural state. Atty. Elliott denies DEP basis, claiming Hillview Heights is three subdivisions owned by different firms and exempt because construction began in 1967.
