Ocean Lodge AF and AM of Wells will observe St. John Sunday at Highpine Baptist Church on June 11. Worshipful Master Philip P. Hatch will lead a 9:30 p.m. gathering at the Masonic Hall before proceeding to the church. Priscilla Chapter EW and other lodge groups join the event with DeMolay leaders also attending.

Mrs Barbara Lord town clerk is selected by the Maine Municipal Association to serve on its standing policy committee on municipal government and administration.
