New York AP reports a plan matching secretaries with temporary New York office work each summer. Charlene Masters and Betty Carson, among 200 volunteers, will swap duties for two weeks or more while earning pay comparable to their home salaries. Olsten coordinates, ensuring jobs before departure and placing workers with clients who pay him similarly to an employment agency.
