Cambridge Shows Relief After Pact Endes Racial Struggle
In Cambridge Maryland residents feel relief as a tentative agreement between Negro and white leaders ends the explosive racial conflict. Signed Tuesday after nearly 10 hours of talks with Attorney General Robert F Kennedy, the nonbinding pact commits to progress in a calm climate. College Granted Permit To Discharge Sewage To Saco River
The Maine Water Improvement Commission granted St. Francis College a waste discharge permit with four conditions.
