Biddeford housing complex proposes doubling size to 96 units

A new plan for Forest Green Apartments on Main Street near Rotary Park would expand from 40 units to 96, in 12 buildings, across three stages. Developers with Realty Development Corp said the project would have 24 two bedroom, 48 three bedroom and 24 four bedroom units with a recreation building and resident manager. The Planning Board backed the new approach and referred plans for approvals to the Fire Prevention Bureau, Central Maine Power, and city engineers.
