Duguay for the murder of Mrs. Annette Cross 27 who died last night from a bullet wound in an apartment they shared. Duguay is jailed on assault with intent to murder after police quoted him saying he shot to hurt her not to kill. The victim’s 6 year old daughter Linda slept through the incident.
