AUGUSTA AP Gov Reed and the Executive Council approved a corrected tabulation of the Nov 6 gubernatorial election showing Reed with 146 604 votes to 146 121 for Democrat Maynard C Dolloff. Factor Defends Pardon From President Kennedy
