Grandparents Admit Abduction in Naples Custody Case

In Naples, Florida, Nelson and Elizabeth Kelber pleaded guilty to abduction charges in a lengthy custody fight over 10 year old Harvey Kelber Jr. The court allowed him to stay with his grandparents with a $250 fine paid. Parents Harvey and Andrea Kelber of Painesville, Ohio, face possible visitation rights later, per Judge Charles Carlton.

Biddeford Council Tables Housing Inquest Motion

Biddeford city council on Tuesday tabled an order to impose a one year moratorium on new federal or state subsidized public housing including the Prospect Street project and postponed a request for a full attorney general investigation into irregularities surrounding the development. Councilors urged seeking planning board answers first, as Tambone Corp of Reading, Mass. had meetings with the board.
