Behold and Fall of Sennacherib in Biblical Legend
The account recounts Sennacherib’s assault on Judah ending with 185000 dead after a pestilence, Hezekiah’s prayer, and Isaiah’s prophecy. It notes Sennacherib’s murder by his sons and Judah’s later decadence under Manasseh, with legendary claims of Isaiah’s execution and a prophecy of a future king.
