Webber Hospital fund drive nears $1 million goal
Biddeford Webber Hospital fundraising is within 99000 of a 1 million goal with no fixed deadline. Officials plan to raise the remainder through memorial gifts, corporate donations, and telethons while a radiothon on WIDE raised 5000 in pledges and an Old Orchard Beach phonothon brought about 3000. Funds will support a patient visitor lounge and a new 12.5 million facility.
