Saco zoning ruling upheld for National Distributor warehouse
York County Superior Court affirmed the Saco Zoning Board of Appeals decision granting National Distributor of Portland a permit to build a 76000 dollar beer warehouse on North Street. Residents Lester Black and Frederick O Neil Jr. failed to overturn the exception and variance. Observers note construction plans remain and local votes earlier supported the zoning change from residential to general business in 1969.
