Russia Promises MIG 21 Jets for India in installments

Prime Minister Nehru told Parliament the Soviet Union will deliver MIG 21 fighters for training. A few to arrive in December and others in 1963 and 1964, with six originally planned for December and six for January. Jones Seeks Court Site Change to Saco in Biddeford District

Frank M. Bud Jones told Ward One Democrats he would ask State Rep Camille L. V. Bedard to introduce a bill in the 01st legislature to move the new District court from Biddeford to Saco. He proposed using the former Dyer Library building on Main Street, citing parking and central location. The move, he said, would boost the community and increase local business as attorneys and litigants spend during all day court sessions.
