Components Move Planned For Biddeford Center Store

Components To Move Into Center Inc of Kennebunk plans to occupy the former W T Grant store in Biddeford Shopping Center. Plant manager William Sermania says assembly operations should start by mid June with 125 to 150 workers, most from Biddeford. After layoffs of about 106 at the Kennebunk plant, Sermania expects rehiring in mid summer as orders rebound, while negotiations with First National and center owners continue over zoning and use restrictions.
