Townsep School Board Proceedings in 1928
The Bessemer Township Board of Education met February 25 1928 with H N Eidemiller presiding. Members Eidemiller Erickson Framkovis Brockbank attended. Knoll absent. The board approved January 25 1928 minutes with exception of a Puritan Store check and approved numerous bills and salaries. They awarded night bulb contract to Lake Superior District Power Co and discussed gymnasium and science room furnishings and insurance matters. The secretary noted a suit against the district by Public Cab Co and referred risk coverage to the board’s committee. Meeting adjourned.
