Regular Township Board Meeting June 1 1928 Bessemer

Regular meeting of Bessemer Township Board held June 1 1928 at 7 30 PM with Supervisor Price Clerk Liljegren Justice of Peace Gustafson and Swanson Highway Commissioner Arvo Maki present. Minutes approved as published and numerous labor and material accounts approved for payment including local firms Castile Mining Co Gogebic Auto Co Upper Pen Tractor Co Lake Superior Power Co and others. Swanson motioned to pay Fire Department 150 for trip to a tournament and adjourned to June 18 1928.

Changes in Postal Rates Effective July 1, 1928
