President Robert Ofteiman chaired. members Erickson Fiori Mascotti Pricco and Wysoski attended. Minutes from May 13 1968 were approved with a correction on the May resignation vote for Arnold Wispi.

Robert B. Lynn explains the retirement test for 1968 earnings. If annual earnings stay at or below 1680, benefits are allowed for the year. However, a monthly test allows benefits in any month where earnings do not exceed 140, so earning 4000 by August could still permit September benefits if monthly earnings stay at or below 140.

The Wakefield Area Artists League met at First Lutheran Church to elect officers for the new year. Officers named are President Mrs. Robert Kellett, Vice President Mrs. John Leeke, Secretary-Treasurer Mrs. Joseph P. Clohan, Program Chairman Mrs. Richard Schweig, Publicity Chairman Mrs. Edwin Johnson. An Indian Arts display by Mrs. Albino Rigoni and a June 17 workshop led by Rigoni were announced. Readings on members’ travels and hospital news closed the meeting.
