Memorial Day observed by Central building children
Children at the Central building were urged to honor Memorial Day with proper observance rather than a vacation. Miss Reil and the teachers spoke to pupils about the day’s significance and encouraged sturdy decorations to convey the spirit. End of School Year Notes From Primary Grades
The half holiday for punctuality has nearly eliminated disorder in primary grades this month. Students who were late are now arriving on time. Teachers are preparing for an art exhibit at the high school in the last week of school. Annual picnics are anticipated by the children.
