Mrs. Ruse Poverski, 85, a former Bessemer resident who died Sunday in Bovee Minnesota, was buried here Wednesday morning in St. Sebastian’s Church. Rev C J Swoboda officiated at the 9 o’clock services. She was the widow of John Powerski who died in Bessemer. Surviving are two sons Joseph of Degrow and George of Wausau and two daughters Mrs Francis Estelle Stillwater Minnesota and Mrs Ob Ithe of Bovee.

Death of John Holup After Yearlong Illness
John Holup died Sunday at 9 15 a m in his North Moore Street home after a yearlong illness. He was 63 a native of Hungary born July 17 1875 and came to the United States in 1895. Survivors include his widow a daughter Mrs Louis Nelson and six sons Michael Anton Peter John Barney and Vincent. Funeral services were held Thursday at St Sebastian Catholic Church with Rev C J Swoboda officiating.
