Andrew Anderson Pioneer Dies at Ironton Location
Andrew Anderson longtime Ironton resident and Swedish immigrant died Friday evening at 8 from a complication of diseases. Born in Sweden January 10 1855 he came to America in 1883 settling first at Ishpeming then Bessemer and finally Ironton. Survived by widow four sons John Robert Carl James and daughter Mrs Harry Gustafson all at bedside except James in Columbus New Mexico funeral held Monday afternoon with service at home then at Swedish Lutheran church in Bessemer led by Rev Burman.

Relay Ski Race To Be Run Friday

Rex Theatre Resumes Shows After Fire Damages Block
Motion pictures at the Rex theatre resumed last night for the first time since a fire damaged the nearby block ten days ago.
