Gogebic County Board Adopts Infirmary Plans and Bids
The Gogebic County Board of Supervisors met August 11 1925 at the courthouse in Bessemer. They approved minutes, reviewed car repair claims and bids for the county alms house repairs with Olsen and Bergquist chosen contractor over Paul G Sauter, and directed the clerk to file releases and seek bids by July 24 1925. The board also set adjournment to September 15 1925 and discussed attending Ontonagon county meeting and paying dues to a poor commissioners’ association.
