A 33 year old woodsman from Woodsville New Hampshire was indicted for murder and related charges in the July 29 death of 5 year old Ellen Gama che of Middleboro. The Plym outh County grand jury also charged him with kidnapping indecent assault and morals offences. A separate murder indictment was returned against Arthur M Leate 28 of Brockton in the Sept. 3 fatal stabbing of Reimunto Colon 35 of South Carver.
