Student Flunks and Fails Bid to Re Enter Medical School
Millon Mass man Thomas Connally Jr lost his bid to re enter the University of Vermont Medical School in US District Court Judge Ernest Gibson ruling the university was justified in barring him for lack of evidence of bad faith. Connally had been barred since July 1964 after failing a pediatrics exam with 74 points while 75 was passing.
