State Housing Agency Plan Gains
Massachusetts House Ways and Means committee studies a proposal to create the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency to finance multi dwelling housing for low and moderate income tenants. The plan would issue bonds insured by the Federal Housing Administration, pool funds, and lend at below market rates to eligible borrowers including individuals partnerships and corporations.
