Cracked Voice and Balloon Show At Big City Rivalry
In the 46th Pittsfield St Josephs grid clash on a damp afternoon the only real surprises were broadcaster Louis Russo’s hoarse voice and a halftime balloon show by the Pittsfield High Cadettes. Pittsfield won with early scoring bursts while St Joseph’s stalled after intermission. Willie Woodson had a TD called back and a 62 yard run negated by a knee rule.
