Lenox Decision Set for Monday On Golf Course Protest

Lenox residents plan a Monday 8 p.m. meeting at town hall to hear a decision on their petition challenging the planning board's permit for Archer J. Scarafoni and partners to build a par three golf course on about 60 acres off New Lenox Road. Neighbors object to night lighting, noise, and golf ball danger, while supporters say such recreation boosts local value and aligns with Berkshire county trends.
