CAB Orders Rerouting Study For Mohawk
The Civil Aeronautics Board ordered an investigation into possible realignment of Mohawk Airlines routes. Boston Lawyer Pushing Appeal For Sheppard
Boston attorney F. Lee Bailey plans a fast appeal to keep Dr. Sam Sheppard out of Ohio Penitentiary after the 6th Circuit ordered his return to prison. NLRB Charges Lockout By Baltimore Sun
The National Labor Relations Board says the shutdown of the Baltimore News American after a strike against Sunpapers constitutes an illegal lockout. If papers do not resume, a formal complaint and hearing will follow. no comment from the News American. The halt came April 20 after the guild strike and contract violations cited by News American officials.
