Prosecution rests case in Koza murder trial
The prosecution rested its case in the Michael Koza murder trial in Superior Court after 35 witnesses. Capt. John J. Killeen testified about conversations with Bernard J. Kiley and Joseph T. Dougherty and Anthony Polcaro. Miss Caroline Gilbert, 12, testified she found Koza’s body and recounted threats linked to Polcaro and other alleged incidents.
