Canaan Historical Society Receives Meeting Place Deed
The Canaan Historical Society was given the deed to its meeting place the former Presbyterian Church at its annual meeting. Rev Dr Carlyle Adams presented the deed on behalf of the Albany Presbytery. Walter Miller the county historian installed officers as members joined and officers were re elected. A gift of 125 was pledged to repair a chair window.
