Miss Oparowski Named Deeds Registry Clerk in County
Patricia A M Oparowski of Balance Rock Road Lanesboro was appointed junior clerk and typist in the Middle District Registry of Deeds to fill a vacancy created by Kathleen Connollys resignation. The appointment is for a days preliminary period starting February 3. The commissioners also heard a request for 300 for emergency help in the District Court probation office due to the illness of the regular clerk. Mrs Hugh Tunkel of Williams town was named Berkshire County area chairman of United Church Women of Massachusetts at the Cambridge meeting. Mrs Ralph L Holland of Worcester was re elected president.
