A deadly Mexican excursion train crash on a mountain curve is described with fatalities estimated from 100 to 200 and about 100 injuries. Pettigrew is urged to explain again.
B T Steuben certifies ownership of soda waters ginger ale and other beverages bottled and sold under his marks at Vinton Iowa. He lists bottle types boxes barrels and keys bearing BT Steuben and asserts sole ownership and right to use sell or dispose. The declaration dated February 26 1895 is sworn before a Benton County notary in Town Iowa.
Stunte of Town Benton county gives notice that an instrument purporting to be the last will of Julia Schildhaker dates from Benton county has been filed in the Clerk of the District Court. A hearing on prove of due execution is set for Monday April 1 1895 at 10 o clock in the morning at Vento. If any cause exists why the will should not be admitted to probate it must be shown.
