Belle McGregor and Alva Barrett to Wed Tomorrow

Notices from Atkins Items dated June 12 1900 report the marriage of Miss Belle McGregor daughter of Mr and Mrs Thos McGregor to Mr Alva Barrett of Stanley Iowa set for noon tomorrow at the bride’s parents home south of town. The bridal party will depart on the evening train for Stanley and be at home after July 15. The column also notes a Children’s Day program June 24 and various local snippets including weather damage from a storm, farm updates, and local visits.
