Mrs Jessie Kennard found her brother Albert Kelling 33 dead in his Sedalia room during the night. The heart disease caused his death and his father operates a hardware business on the west side.
Erich von Kuizleben, accused of wrecking the Rock Island passenger train near Homestead, was brought to Davenport by Sheriff Dieterrich and Rock Island Special Agent Peterson.
