Box Canyon Route Backers Seek Main Line Through Gila
C M Scott of the Arizona Eastern announced to Phoenix Chamber members that Southern Pacific aims to build a main line through the Gila box canyon from Christmas to San Carlos. Supreme Court upholds Webb Kenyon liquor law
The Webb Kenyon law preventing liquor shipments from wet to dry states was declared constitutional by the U S Supreme Court in a 7 to 2 decision.
