Hudson Valley Community College in Troy says its evening division will again offer a two part ground school for student pilots seeking a private airplane pilot's license. Instructor Edward P Buckley brings aeronautical engineering and FAA ground school credentials. Registration is open with special counseling and registration on Sept 15 and 16 from 7 to 9 p.m.
