Birthday cake antics mark Patty Cake gorilla’s first year
New York UPI Patty Cake the gorilla celebrated her first year at the Central Park Zoo by throwing banana cake at spectators and reporters. The event featured six year olds and singer Mickey Aan 7 joining the festivities as Patty Cake, who has a history of arm injury and a custody dispute, smeared cake, caused chaos, and briefly attracted media attention during Labor Day born infancy.
