Kennedy urges more aid as answer to Viet Nam deaths

Senator Robert F Kennedy argues that American and Western aid in tech and capital is vital to Southeast Asia. He warns that if China and neighboring nations lack progress, Cold War pressures will endure and the lives of U S soldiers and citizens may be spent in vain. Kennedy cites a fourfold rise in global food supply needed by 2035 amid a revolution of poverty and aims to prevent famine and further intervention.
