No Tenant For Old A&P Store

Atty. Francis E. Morrissey of Corner Realty reports no new tenant has been found for the South Street building once housing the A&P market now moved to North Street. The A&P lease runs about two and a half years more, and Corner Realty would consider releasing the lease if a new tenant is secured. A rumor of Montgomery Ward expanding into the old space is denied, with no contact from the chain.
